Four hammered Damascus blades in the Bunka profile — paring (9 cm), Petty (13.5 cm), Santoku (17 cm) and Kiritsuke (21 cm) — each made from Japanese AUS-10 high-carbon stainless steel hardened to HRC 61 ±1. Fitted with an ebony handle, hidden full tang and an individual bamboo saya, the knives are ground to a 15° double-bevel edge for precise slicing without excess pressure.
Four accessories support long-term care: a magnetic bamboo knife holder (capacity 6–8 knives), a 25 cm honing steel, and two double-sided whetstones (180/800 and 2000/6000 grit) each with an anti-slip bamboo base, flattening stone and 15° angle guide. The complete set weighs 7.9 kg.
