Terms of Service
1. Who we are
This webshop is operated under the trading name Scandicart by Nine Labs ApS, CVR no. 46561023, a company registered in Denmark. Contact: hello@scandicart.eu · Scandicart – Nine Labs ApS, Gunderupvej 16, 9260 Gistrup, Denmark.
2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made in this webshop by consumers. Mandatory consumer rights under Danish and EU law always apply and are not limited by these terms.
3. Ordering and contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing or stock errors — if payment has been taken, it is refunded in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown including Danish VAT where applicable. The total price, including shipping, is always shown before you confirm payment. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major payment cards, digital wallets and local payment methods depending on your country. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place as described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available and are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Defects (right of complaint)
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. You have a 2-year right of complaint for defects present at delivery. If a product is defective, contact us at hello@scandicart.eu and we will resolve it by repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. We are not liable for indirect losses to the extent permitted by law.
9. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first at hello@scandicart.eu — most issues are solved quickly. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Center for Klageløsning / Forbrugerklagenævnet (naevneneshus.dk), subject to their conditions. As an EU consumer you may also use the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
