Six handmade Japanese knives that cover every kitchen task. Each is forged from 440C high-carbon stainless steel (HRC 60±1) and sharpened to a 15° double-bevel edge—sharper than Western blades, yet hard enough to last through years of daily work.
The hammered surface pattern reduces drag and stops food sticking to the blade. Thin blade profiles (1.5–2.5mm depending on the knife) let you cut cleanly without crushing even soft items. The full-tang ebony or pakkawood handle is perfectly weighted for balanced, comfortable use.
Care depends on the material. Where specific instructions apply, they are shown on the product itself. As a general guide: wipe wood clean and dry promptly; hand-wash glass and metal to protect the finish; follow the care label on textiles; and check the product page for dishwasher or microwave suitability.
