Four knives shaped in the Japanese Bunka tradition — a 9 cm paring knife, 13.5 cm petty, 17 cm santoku and a 21 cm serrated Kiritsuke — each hammered to a distinctive textured finish and built from Japanese 440C high-carbon stainless steel. Hidden full-tang construction runs the length of each ebony handle, and a bamboo saya is included for every blade.
Five accessories complete the set: a magnetic bamboo knife holder for the worktop or wall, a double-sided 1000/6000 grit whetstone with anti-slip bamboo base, flattening stone and 15° angle guide, a bamboo cutting board with juice groove and hidden handles, a 30 cm honing steel, and a 27 cm carving fork.
Blades: Japanese 440C high-carbon stainless steel, HRC 60 ±1, double-bevel grind at 15° per side
Handles: ebony, hidden full tang; bamboo saya included with each knife
Cutting board: bamboo, 40 × 30 × 2 cm, with juice groove and hidden handles
