Een bamboe snijplank voor het dagelijkse voorbereiden. Aan de ene kant zit een groef die vocht opvangt; de andere kant is helemaal vlak, handig om kruiden en droge ingrediënten mee op te scheppen. Verborgen handgrepen houden de lijnen strak en geven een stevige grip.

Met 40 × 30 cm is er ruimte om te snijden, hakken en in blokjes te snijden zonder dat het krap wordt.
